After steeping, press down the plunger slowly to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee.

2.) Pour-over brewing allows for precise control over the brewing process. Use a pour-over cone and a paper filter. Start by wetting the filter and preheating the brewer, then add your medium-fine ground organic coffee. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, allowing it to drip through the filter and into your cup.

3.) Cold brew coffee is made by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for an extended period, usually around 12-24 hours. The result is a smooth and less acidic coffee concentrate that can be diluted with water or milk before serving.
